Restorative Conference Facilitator Training

This intensive three-day program is designed for senior and middle managers, student services personnel, and key support staff responsible for addressing complex or recurring behavioural challenges. Participants will explore the continuum of restorative practice (RP) responses for incidents ranging from minor to serious, equipping them with the skills to facilitate a wide range of restorative meetings and conferences.
